A classic Prince Edward County Pinot Noir.
Peeled Willow Bark, slight mint and cherry aromas blend on the nose. Complex medium-bodied wine with red fruit flavours, cinnamon and a slight black pepper spice on the palate. Mild tannins extend the ripe cherry notes on to the lingering finish.
Pairs well with turkey and pork dishes.
