A premium blend of estate grown Pinot Noir and St Laurent that is meant to showcase our limestone terroir and cool climate grape growing. This limited run wine was aged in French Oak for 16 month. It has a nose of red and black fruit with subtle notes of earth. The palate is structured, elegant and well-balanced with a long finish. Pair this wine with gamey meats, poultry, aged cheese and cured meats.
